Meeting was called to order by President Dianne and we sang the national anthem. Invocation by Dwight Wilson with a quote... "Sun sets with and without you. Cherish the present, try not to dwell on the future and fixate on the past."
Although we had no guests, nor did we have any visiting Rotarians today we were a full house of Rotarians sharing lunch on a sunny and warm Coastside day.

Pumpkin Festival chair our President Elect Dave Andrews sent around a sign-up sheet for shifts. Friday night is usually more of a fellowship/social night as we cut our breadbowls... so he's encouraging you to sign up for 2 shifts (in addition to Friday, if possible). It takes a lot of people to prep, cook, sell and serve our clam chowder. The Interact Club now has their own money making venture... so we're not sure how many Interactors will be able to help us this year.
