Staying in Touch.
                              Rotarians keep on supporting:

Rotarians Krystlyn Giedt and Liz Schuck stepped up to help Table of Plenty prepare and distribute 200 hot meals last Thursday.
Liz baked snickerdoodle cookies as part of this special chicken and rice meal.
Needy seniors and other community members were so very appreciative.

AND - PP Liz, community service director, put out an email with ways club members can help during this crisis.

Members responded by donating food and gift cards to Coastside Hope.

Happy News!  Here is a view looking out the kitchen window of Hal’s Farmhouse in Suisun Valley. Across the road is a 17 acre vineyard planted with Petite Syrah grapes- Caymus leases the land from Hal. Hal moved his furniture in last weekend, leaving Palo Alto after 60 -plus years.

I experienced a lot of snow in Tahoe. 33” in 24 hours. It snowed nonstop for 3 days. So beautiful. The dogs made snow angels until it was too deep to do so!! Not a bad place to hunker down❣️ Hope everyone is well❣️.

Hope all is well with you. I read you wanted pictures of what our members are doing during our Stay in Place.

Everyday I get out and walk for a half of hour.  We are so blessed to have our Coastal Trail

For our Rotarian friends-- share a bright encouragement in dark times to those who usually encourage others, with hope it may bring a smile!

Here is a garden update.
Spring is here, oxalis is everywhere—a veritable sea of yellow. My squash seedlings are in the ground!  Fully armed this year, planted in gopher baskets and protected from above by wire baskets—thank you Doug Mallon for that idea.

Spring in our front yard,  The daffodils were spectacular through last week.  The driveway trees in full bloom now.

Liz

Liz and Teri's completed puzzles are amazing!  Thousands of pieces.  Ask Liz about her hurting toes.

I am in for virtual meetings.  Our company has been doing them as well as we are meeting with clients that way.

We are OPEN and servicing our valued customers thru our walk up unit (which hasn’t been used in maybe 20 years!) and the drive up.  Shorter hours this week; 10-3 M-F and NO Saturday hours.  Customers and employees alike seem comfortable with this method of social distancing yet business is still taken care of effectively and efficiently J
