Announcements
 
Kevin O’Brien celebrated a nephew’s wedding and his birthday on the 8th of December in Tahoe with his entire family of children and Grandchildren. He donated $100 to the club foundation.
 
Rosi Fontana – The School she visited in Belize finally received the shipment of books. It took 6 months to get there.
 
 
Robin Jeffs – His health is on the mend and he is feeling better. (So happy to see him!)
 
Warren Barmore’s daughter, Lauren, is returning from just outside of Melbourne, Australia after a year of serving as a nanny for a 5 year old boy.

Krystlyn Geidt announced a couple of upcoming events for 2020.  Dinner for Magic of the Coastside and masquerade ball possibly at the Ritz. She also made a request for money for our exchange students. The budget is $2,000 per student and we will need additional funds. (Some of these funds cover their cell phones).
 
 
Mary Rogren announced District 5150 and 5170 exchange student holiday party to be held at the Odd Fellows Hall on Sunday, December 15th from 1-4. All members are invited.
 
 
 
Stacy Trevenon announced the recent back surgery of Ralph Coons, past employee of the Senior Center and asked any members who knew him to reach out with well wishes.
 
Irwin Cohen asked about our own David Maahs who recently underwent major back surgery and our thoughts are with him for a speedy recovery.
 
 
Rose Serdy shared the recent passing of Dave Nutting with the club.  Dave was the past Basketball coach at HMB High who took the team to the CCS championship a number of times.
 
Dianne Bobko presented the results of the survey regarding dues and lunch. They will be sending out a confirmation to members who choose: $125 dues with buffet lunch or $50 dues and you bring your own lunch and you are responsible guests. ($20 per person if you per take of the buffet and you must give notice.)
