On January 21, we are honored to have Oak Dowling JD join us to provide his perspectives on Ruth Bader Ginsberg!
Oak Dowling is a retired attorney with 43 years of practice, including 31 years in San Rafael. For the past 10 years Oak has been an Instructor in the OLLI program at Dominican University in the subject of “Courtroom Drama in the Movies and Theatre.” As an avocation, he performed in theatre in Marin and San Francisco for 15 years. Oak has been a member of the Rotary Club of San Rafael for over 43 years.

Sonrisas Dental Health is a non-profit dental center dedicated to providing access to quality dental care and oral health education to our community. Sonrisas provides these services with dignity, respect and compassion at its locations in Half Moon Bay and San Mateo County.
Sonrisas plays a key role in addressing oral health equity gaps in San Mateo County through its Access to Care program for low-income residents.
